Seems like in new Dolphin v15.08.0 also doesn't show network shares (remote:/ on Network folder)
When I edit and change in Network folder for smb:/ then it show correct samba shares only.

For example in Konqueror v4.14.11 remote:/ show all network services for browsing.

Thanks for the bug report. I assume that this is a problem with the kioslave, and not with Dolphin itself (unless this works for you in the file dialog of KWrite and other applications?).

Thank you for replay. Unfortunately in other applications is the same but in Konqueror remote:/ works fine for me and show all available network services.

Works for me in KDE Frameworks 5.47 and Dolphin 18.04.2.
