When trying to move a file in dolphin by dragging it and dropping it is utterly slow. This also happens for other items in dolphin, but also affects Plasma 2 items (moving around icons in icon only task manager), Teamspeak3. For some reason it does NOT affect dolphin 4. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Dolphin
2. Try to move an item
3. Profit

Actual Results:  
Painfully slow 

Expected Results:  
Fast
