In kde 4.X, it was possible to move and arrange tabs of konsole with a mouse drag and drop.
It's not possible anymore (it is only possible with keyboard shortcuts)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open some konsole tabs
2. Try to drag them at other places with a drag and drop mouse

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens :)

Expected Results:  
The tab should switch at the place you chose.

Are you really running a fresh master branch?  This was fixed a few weeks ago.

I'm using the 15.08.0 version (it's not purposed in the list).
