avoid extra GUI steps

open "Other certificates"

Actual Results:  
see screenshot attached next

Expected Results:  
encrypt/sign directly out of this menu

another convenience feature would be to be able to drag a file (e.g. a pdf) an drop it on a key/x509 and immediately encrypt it this way
