Looks like a Poppler issue or broken images in PDF. pdfimages 0.26.5 complains about "Syntax Error (447964): CCITTFax row is wrong length" After annotating the file in Foxit PDF Reader (just highlighting some text) and saving it, the file can be correctly opened by Okular. So my guess it is a broken file. As yuri says, please report upstream to poppler at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ |
