When I open a specific document in okular I have black background with white stripes instead of propertly rendered pdf document and the number of current page is weird (1583 instead of 1) . In addition chromium is capable of opening it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open specific document

Actual Results:  
See black background with white stripes along with weird current page number

Expected Results:  
Normally rendered document with a proper page number

Looks like a Poppler issue or broken images in PDF.

pdfimages 0.26.5 complains about "Syntax Error (447964): CCITTFax row is wrong length"

After annotating the file in Foxit PDF Reader (just highlighting some text) and saving it, the file can be correctly opened by Okular. So my guess it is a broken file.
