When pasting contents into the console (git clone urls, commands, etc) konsole stops repainting. If I have multiple tabs, I can close the current tab (click the close window button in the title bar, then pick close tab in the resulting dialog).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. paste something into konsole
2. try using the konsole (it won't redraw, and I don't think that it does anything in the background either)

Actual Results:  
the tab hangs

Expected Results:  
the tab does not hang ;-)

I run KDE 5 from the following snapshot in Debian Testing

This bug should no longer happen with Qt 5.11.2. Please reopen this bug if you still experience this behavior.
