The baloo config-files offer a lot of possibilities.
But the KCM doesn't tell me about.

Please implement all(!) available configurable feauters into that KCM.

Using Kubunut 14.04.3 LTS.

This is still relevant to Baloo KCM in Plasma 5.5.5.

Please add a checkbox (maybe under the Enable File Search checkbox, as a suboption) to make filename-only indexing.

This should add 
only basic indexing=true 
to the [General] section of ./.config/baloorc

Saying we should do "all" without any justification is not a meaninful bug report.

It doesn't make sense, we shouldn't offer 
configuring "first_run"

Bug reports should be in the form of the problem, not proposing a solution.
There are some other dupes for some specific settings.
