The application menu chosen is the full screen one, but when I press the shortcut to open it, the application menu comes up (even if the full screen is already open)

Working with Plasma 5.3.95 and a new created user account.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press shortcut to open application launcher

Actual Results:  
opens application menu

Expected Results:  
open application dashboard
