Suspend or sleep is similar, but if i want to sleep/suspend the system from the menu, i choose, "Suspend". if i want the system to sleep/suspend from the energy saving control panel, i must choose "Sleep". Is it Sleep or Suspend? One word should describe this action, either Suspend or Sleep.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Power / Suspend form the K menu and choose "Suspend" to "Sleep" the computer
2. Choose System Settings then Power Options 
3. Choose Suspend session to "sleep"  to "suspend" the computer.
4. Is it Sleep or Suspend?

Actual Results:  
The computer sleeps/suspends.

Expected Results:  
The computer sleeps/suspends.

The options are confusing. Please designate Suspend or Sleep as the mode to allow the computer to go into low power mode.

I know i mommicked the description and probably will have a nice explanation to how i am supposed to do things, but i really felt it was a bug, albeit a one of such low importance.

I agree. I don't have strong feelings one way or another. Mac and Windows appear to use "Sleep". GNOME, Unity and XFCE use "Suspend". If I had to pick I'd use "Suspend".
