I have assigned Application Launcher action to left mouse button click, but it doesn't work. No application menu is shown when I click left mouse button. It is shown if I assign this action to other mouse buttons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click and select Desktop Settings
2. Go to Mouse Actions section
3. Add a new action for Left-Button and set it to Application Launcher
4. Save settings
5. Click on desktop background with left mouse button

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
An application launcher menu should be shown
