Hi,

my KDE 5 panel turned to a white bar after one of the last updates. It's unusable at the moment.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install all Kubuntu updates


Actual Results:  
An unusable panel.

Expected Results:  
No GUI problems.

and this happened once during the upgrade? 
or every time after the upgrade?

After every startup since the upgrade.
