fail if I click on KDENLIVE MainMenu - Settings - Download New Wipes.

Will show up one single window, but in a List is nothing, because link failed:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fail if I click on KDENLIVE MainMenu - Settings - Download New Wipes

Actual Results:  
in a List dont exist any Wipes

Expected Results:  
show in a List more Wipes

nothing User can close Windows, and working. But without Wipes not so big Library.

In recent git of Kdenlive, the download of wipes works, when there is a connection.

When no connection can be established (I pulled my network cable to test), then there is an error message in the UI.

If there was an issue with Kdenlive, it apparently is resolved. If there was none, this probably means the server had an issue at some point which can't be reproduced right now.
