I think application name should be capitalized, like in other applications.

Settings -> Configure konsole...  (should be 'Configure Konsole...')
Help -> konsole Handbook (should be 'Konsole Handbook')
Help -> About konsole (should be 'About Konsole')

Capitalized in 15.12.3 version.
