Okular needs a full screen mode, which is especially needed for the comic backend, but might also be useful for other backends.

Difference - presentation mode vs full screen:
- fit page vs fit width
- scrolling page wise vs scrolling in page

Attached is a sample comic archive (from http://arc.thormedia.com/) which hopefully illustrates the problem.

In presentation mode the dialogs are too small to read (depends on your screen)

And you might see the end (lower bottom) of the page vs. in full screen where you scroll from top to bottom.

We do have a full screen mode.
