Actually it is 15.04.2 from Fedora repos.
Contact List doesn't show anything in Contact Info window, when, say, Pidgin shows info, avatar, etc.
Please, see an attach with contact info of the same buddy shown using ktp and pidgin.
It happens with all contacts.

Dear user, unfortunately Telepathy is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
