We moved to tags. You can add and remove them by rightclicking the brush in the preset-editor. And you can switch to other tags by pressing the wrench icon on the pop-up palette. This was mentioned in the release notes: https://krita.org/krita-2-9-the-kickstarter-release/ Assigning brushes is not the issue. I can not see the pop-up palette when right clicking on the canvas. Wacom pen settings and Krita settings set to right click on lower pen button. Does the pop-up palette need to be enabled somehow prior to use? No. Are you certain OpenGL is on in the settings? (settings->configure Krita->display) Because it could be that. What also might be possible is that there's something funny going on with the cintiq companion. We've had bug reports for the hatching brush as well. Open GL is checked. I suspect its the companion. Not sure what else I can try. Thank you for your help. we'll keep this one open until it's fixed. It can also be that bugs get fixed when we fix something else, so please check back when we update Krita. Weird... The companion 2 is just another Windows laptop with Intel graphics, except that it doesn't have a keyboard. Does disabling opengl make any difference? Can you please check whether you see the palette after disabling opengl in settings/configure krita/display? I tried disabling open gl and with enabled. I will try the next update when released. Thanks I'm afraid there isn't much more we can do. We did release 3.0 in the meantime, which might work for you. |
