Some menu entries (including configure kile in settings) disappear when you edit the toolbars, for example, removing the QuickBuild button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Settings > Configure toolbars.
2. Choose Tools toolbar at the top (it happens with every toolbar, even if you don't have that toolbar visible, I'm just giving an example).
3. Select QuickBuild at the right window (as before, no matter which one you choose).
4. Click on the < button to remove QuickBuild from your toolbar.
5. Click on OK.
6. Click on Settings and you will no longer see Configure Kile there.

Actual Results:
I cannot see the Configure Kile button neither many others.

Expected Results:
None of the options should be hidden after changing toolbars.

If I remove the file ~/.kde4/share/apps/kile/kileui.rc everything is back again. Another way of getting everything normal is right-click on a toolbar > configure tollbars and then click on the Defaults button at the bottom left corner (this, in fact, deletes the file I mentioned before).

I'm using the new Plasma desktop, but I'll try to reproduce in KDE4 during this week and edit this or comment here the result.

I didn't find the original bug when I searched before posting this one, sorry. I mark it now as duplicate.
