There is no way to search in all text files. The available approaches don't work:
 - If I use the default filter, it doesn't include for example *.cmake.in which are text files and may include the information I'm searching for,
 - If I filter by "*.*", then it starts searching in binary files, e.g. PNG images.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with KDevelop 25.12.2.
