Currently, if some of required resources is missing for a preset, just an [x] icon is shown for this preset in the presets docker. It's hard to figure out what is missing: brush tip, or pattern; and which exactly.
For such cases, it would be nice to not only show [x] icon, but add information about what is missing into tooltip for such preset. For example, "Required brush `%s' is missing".

This was actually fixed a while back: It's now inside the tooltip.
