If I want to join a chat room, I can do it fine only if I do it via the contact list, by clocking the "Join chat room" icon. If I try to do the same with a right click at the Presence icon in systray, and click "Join chat room" from there, the popup opens but it is empty. It does not seee any account nor chat room.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click the Presence icon in Systray
2. Click "Join chat room"
3. The popup is empty. It should see my account and chat rooms.

Actual Results:  
The "Join chat room" popup is empty.

Expected Results:  
The "Join chat room" popup should list my Jabber / Gmail / etc. accounts.

I run into the same issue after upgrading to KDE Neon stable  with version 15.08.02 of 	Telepathy.

I am having the same issue on Debian sid with 15.08.3.

The bug is fixed in Telepathy 16.08 on Archlinux.
