Sentry Crash Report:

Description Markus Reichel 2015-07-02 17:47:59 UTC
Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2
32 bit
4GB ram
Intel Core 2 Quad (2,33Ghz)
800x1280, 1 layer
wacom intuos 5 touch

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start my PC
2.Plugin the tablet
3.Start krita
4.Try to draw something

Actual Results:
The cursor is lagging if I try to draw something. It doesn't matter which pencil. However, with the mouse it doesn't has this delay.

Expected Results:
I would prefer that the cursor moves with a shorter delay, I don't even know how I can draw with this delay.

Note: Where can I upload a screenshot here?

Hi Markus,

Thanks for your report. A tablet sends more events than a mouse, so it makes Krita work harder.

Does it make a difference whether OpenGL is enabled or disabled? You can check that in settings/configure krita/display.

You can also try to enable autospacing in the brush editor, which might help on your system.

Please try the 3.0 release. It uses a different compiler and might work on Vista; note that Vista is not a supported platform because we cannot test on it.
