When I attempt to configure printer, I get a message saying "print service is unavailable. Bad file descriptor"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open System Settings
2. Open Printers
3. 

Actual Results:  
I getthe message straight away.

Expected Results:  
I expect to be able to configure my printer.

Check cups is installed and running.
