When I set the formats to norway, I get the 24 hours clock shown like XX.XX, while it is suposed to be XX:XX.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Set the formats to norway.

Actual Results:  
Clock format appears as for example 08.29.

Expected Results:  
It is suposed to appear as 08:29, which is used in norway.

Could you open a console and give me the output of these commands?

env |grep LC
env|grep LANG

These environmental variables determine what language and formatting to use. They'd be helpful is the bug is in the locale definition itself, or in setting the right values. Thanks!

env|grep LANG
LANG=nb_NO.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=en_US

env|grep LC returns with nothing.

I've just tested this and cannot reproduce the issue. Can you please re-test and confirm if it is still present for you?

I've set this bug to NEEDSINFO. When you reply, please change the bug back to REPORTED so we know it's ready for investigation or RESOLVED/WORKSFORME if the issue is now resolved.
