I use an Sony Flip 15.

When I use my computer as tablet with touchscreen only, I have kvkbd to enter text.
But when the screen is locked, or I want to login there is no option to call kvkbd. So there is no possibility for me to enter the password (I have to flip the screen to access the physical keyboard to do that)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try with computer with touchscreen
2. Try to login without physical keyboard

Actual Results:
No virtual keyborad, no login

Expected Results:
To have an virtual keyboard

The lock screen has nothing to do with kdm, reassigning.

But I'd say this is a duplicate of Bug 181554, closing as such.
