- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I was streaming a Flash video in a Windows 10 VirtualBox VM.

- Unusual behaviour I noticed:

On clicking the sound icon on the taskbar to bring up the Kmix box with the level adjusters it will continually flicker and eventually crash.

However if you stop the flash video then the flicker in stops and if you start it again it restarts etc. etc.
