Looks like icon size calculation issue. Sometimes it reproduces after starting Krita, sometimes after switching to another tag. Sometimes icon sizes become normal after clicking on any of icon, sometimes they stay deformed.
It seems that key point is that number of presets under different tags are very different. Try to switch from tag with 3 presets to tag with 30, or vice versa.
