Krita 2.9.5 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (set days)
When I open a new file, I've n ever the tools to crop, selection displacement of transformation perspective and compasses available, the keyboard shortcuts connection but I can not select them with the stylus ....

There is a workaround: Make the toolbox smaller or larger and the icons should become clickable.
