I have a dual screen setup where I have a panel at the top of my primary (laptop) display. When running krunner it shows up on the secondary display (which I want) but it appears below the panel that is on the other screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect two screens
2. add a panel to the top of the primary screen
3. go to the secondary screen and bring up krunner

Actual Results:  
krunner appears "one panel height" from the top of the screen

Expected Results:  
krunner to appear at the very top of the screen

Using the latest KDE shipped with Kubuntu, so KDE Frameworks 5.9.

This issue still occurs on:
   Plasma 5.12.5
   KDE Framework 5.44.0

This sounds like the intended behaviour. If this is an option you'd like to see we can change this to wishlist priority.
