Since upgrading from plasma-framework-5.10.0 to 5.11.0, the plasma trashcan applet will no longer load, gives:
Error loading Applet: package inexistent

Reproducible: Always

Using Fedora 22 x86_64 with plasma-5.3.1

Remove X-KDE-Library from the trash library

trash applet is not using the c++ applet part, so remove it
