After session restore all windows reappear on first activity instead on the activity where they have been before logging off.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open two activities, put some windows here and there.
2. Log off
3. Log on again

Actual Results:  
Session restore restores all windows on first activity.

Expected Results:  
Windows should be restored within the activities where I left them before logging off.

To be more precise: all windows appear on the activity that has been active before logging off. This is also the activity that is active after logging on again.
