HI I was just wondering, Is it possible to have a "dreamscene": video desktop - background addon built into KDE by default?

I have found one in particular: https://github.com/jarzebski/Plasma-Wallpaper-DreamDesktop but it is outdated, It hasn't been maintained since kde 4.9, and is very buggy (it crashes the entire kde desktop occasionally) with the new KDE versions.

We still support third party wallpapers.

In fact it should be a lot lot simpler for jarzebski  to implement this, using QtMultimedia QML components. File a bug on his github and see what happens.

As upstream we don't want to support more than just the basics. Sorry.
