Settings > Configure shortcuts ..
I'm setting alternate hotkey for action 'next tab', then 'OK' change.
The change works perfect, unless i close konsole window and reopen konsole.
Now hotkey is missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Settings > Configure shortcuts ..
2.set alternate hotkey for action 'next tab', then 'OK' change.
3. check the hotkey works
4. close konsole window
5. reopen konsole - hotkey is broken

Actual Results:  
set hotkey is missing

Expected Results:  
set hotkey is present

Works for me with Konsole from git master. Please re-open if you can reproduce this issue with Konsole 18.08.x or git master.
