Kicker and entry configuration as a lot of bugs or inconsistencies.

Configuration entries behave differently from other apps, and customized entries are not properly handled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open KDE menu editor
2. Create a new folder menu entry
3. Select a custom icon (png, svg file)
4. Save it.

Open the 

Actual Results:  
Open Kicker any time later, even after reboot :

 - no icon is showed
 - reopening the KDE menu editor leads to an empty icon selection for the concerned entry

Expected Results:  
Save and show the customized icon.

Besides I found more inconsistencies.

For instance, trying to add a config panel entry (screen config) to favorites also leads to an entry without icon.

And trying to add it to the panel does apparently nothing : no icon, no entry at all.

The first sound more like kmenuedit bugs, not Kicker, so I'm reassigning this (can't reproduce them though).

This sounds like it might be a Kicker problem, but it's hard to tell without knowing how those menu entries look like. I suggest opening a new ticket (please not multiple bugs per ticket) with screenshots.

Ok, done for the other bug.

Concerning this one, I also added two screenshots that will hopefully clarify the situation.
