The first sound more like kmenuedit bugs, not Kicker, so I'm reassigning this (can't reproduce them though).

This sounds like it might be a Kicker problem, but it's hard to tell without knowing how those menu entries look like. I suggest opening a new ticket (please not multiple bugs per ticket) with screenshots.
