The default folder of Reference Images docker now has to be changed every time I start Krita. It would be nice if Krita on startup loaded the last recently used folder or if there was an ability to change the folder that is loaded on Krita's startup.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Reference Images docker.
2. Change the folder in "Browse" tab of Reference Images docker to any folder but the default one (for example, "D:/Drawing Stuff/My_References").
3. Restart Krita.

Actual Results:  
It show again the default folder (In my case it is C:/Users/My_Username/Pictures)

Expected Results:  
It could either open the previously opened folder or there could be a way to change the folder Krita opens at startup to any folder I want.
