Hello,

After a reboot on Netrunner 16 I had this message on my wallpaper :

Could not start process Cannot talk to klauncher: Did not receive a reply.
Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken...

Some things didn't work, like reboot button, before I reboot again with konsole.

Reproducible: Sometimes

1. Reboot

Confirm it. I have the same issue. Had it several times.
One of million bugs in KDE5.

Seems to be OK (fixed ?) in Kubuntu 15.10.

Don't happen anymore on Kubuntu 15.10 (Plasma 5.3.95) with latest updates.
I will reopen it if needed.
