All the optionsa are disabled, except "Mouse click emulation" and Scrolling > Two-fingers/Reverse scrolling > Vertical.

The touch pad works, but I cannot change parameters.

Reproducible: Always

It worked before touchpad-kcm was shipped directly by plasma.
