The icons for Power/Session in the favourites sidebar do not respect the selected icon theme, they still use breeze(?). See attached screen-shot, offending icons outlined in red.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select / apply any icon theme other than breeze.
2. Open application menu.
3.

Actual Results:  
Sidebar Power/Session icons are unchanged.

Expected Results:  
Icons respect selected theme.

They use the icons from the Plasma theme overlay, partly because in Breeze Dark, they otherwise won't pick up the bright icons needed to work on the dark background. I'm reassigning this to plasma-framework because it's really a conceptual issue with the theme icon overlay.
