Could you please try pure Qt applications, such as Scribus, LyX, Trojita, SMPlayer, or VLC? I do not see how KDE applications could interfere. I tried, but result is the same. If I change a ctrl+c hotkey in a, for instance Kate, to something else, Goldendict popup begins to appear as it should. If Qt apps are affected too, it's not a KDE problem. I would recommend contacting the developer of the app, if it's still happening. I have the same issue. |
