I attempted to disable kwallet as I found it incredibly annoying. I tried unchecking "Enable KDE Wallet subsystem" in kwallet manager, but this had no effect: kwallet still bugged me. After that, whenever I tried to launch kwallet-manager, an empty window appeared and would become unresponsive (I had to terminate it). I had to delete ~/.kde/share/config/kwalletrc and ~/.kde/share/config/kwalletmanagerrc to stop this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click 'configure wallet' in Kwallet manager
2. Uncheck 'Enable KDE Wallet subsystem'
3. Close kwallet manager (if possible)
4. Launch kwallet manager

Actual Results:  
Kwallet not disabled
Kwallet manager unresponsive every time

Expected Results:  
Kwallet disabled

I am running kubuntu 15.04 64-bit

I think this is the same problem as bug#327086.
