The clock notification, the one popsout while hovering on the digital clock panel displays the previous timezone city even after a update. 

P.S : The time has been update though

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change the timezone 
2. Hover the digital clock panel
3. The notification will display the old city  name

Actual Results:  
It displays the previous timezone city name

Expected Results:  
It should be updated as per the current timezone settings

The tooltip deliberately doesn't show the same time as the clock because that would be pointless.

It shows any other timezones you have configured in the digital clock applet.

Could you check it is doing something wrong, 
and if so attach a screenshot and reopen this bug.
