Konsole tabs on Fedora 21 could be moved. Fedora 22 Konsole fails to do this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.make a new konsole instance
2.make several tabs
3.left button poke and hold and drag. THIS FAILS.

In particular, konsole-4.14.x supported moving tabs, and the kf5 konsole port (apparently) does not.
