Notification number is off center. It's minor design detail, but can be annoing

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. do any action that shows notification tray icon

Actual Results:  
the number in the notification circle is few pixels higher, almost touching the notifiction icon circle

Expected Results:  
should be more centered

Aligning fonts is really a pita, the text has a minimum font size, perhaps the icon on your machine is so small it hits that boundary and doesn't resize any smaller making it look out of place.

This bug is no longer valid (as of 5.17) since the number is not displayed in the system tray icon.
