According to system settings, middle-clicking on the window decoration should trigger the window-tabbing feature, but this does not happen on 5.3.0.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Middle-click on window decoration
2.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Window-tabbing should be triggered

Sorry for the noise, I did miss that.

Probably, the configuration option should be removed, then, or it will keep causing confusion.
