The menu editor is not possible to set custom image

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the editor, select any program
2. Click on the icon of the program
3. Select Other Icons
4. Click View...

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
The menu file selection
