Icons of Dolphin and Konsole are coloured when they are in the Application Launcher menu, where they are larger. When switching to alternate Application Menu menu, they become monochrome. This also happens when opening either and they show up in task bar. When making panel larger, they change from monochrome to coloured and vice versa, and revert back to monochrome when making panel smaller. 
This hampers usability, because the application user clicks appears differently in different locations, which is confusing.

Expected Results:  
Icon style should be the same in all cases for sake of continuity.
