plasma no me permite establecer imagen de fondo de escritorio porque me muestra un mensaje que dice url cannot be listed

However, we do not speak spanish (or most of us don't), so if possible, please always file bugs in english, even if using Google Translator.

That said, which Plasma version are you running?

im running plasma 5 and os kubuntu 15.04 and at set the wallpaper dektop
show a message "url cannot be listed " and not allow set the wallpaper on
desktop only the system' wallpaper help me please

I don't understand your problem.

Could you perhaps try to phrase it in terms of actual and expected behaviour, and explain more clearly what exactly you are trying?
