Scrollbar hidden as soon, as all icons fit into the view, not taking the filenames into account

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select a folder with some rows of icons
2. drag the lower window border until the filenames of the last row are covered (no scrollbar)
3. further shrink the hight until the icons of last row are covered (scrollbar appears)

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
scroll should include the file names

Cannot reproduce with Gwenview 17.04.1.

As soon as you shrink the window to the lower end of the filenames, the scrollbar appears.

Oh, seems to have fixed itself by magic. Thanks to unknown programmer :-)
