Clicking on browse in the Select Icon dialog does not do anything.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right Click on Application Launcher button and select Edit Applications
2. Select any application and click on the icon button on the right panel
3. Select other icons radio button and click on Browse Button

Actual Results:  
nothing happens

Expected Results:  
File browser dialog open up
