Activity switcher and widget explorer pop up on wrong place. See attachments (screenshots).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reboot system
2. Open some program/window
3. Open activity switcher or widget explorer 

This happens only on clean boot up. After popping up for the first time on wrong place (next to window), next time(s) they pop up on expected place.
