Anchor object appears to be a BIG solid red square, hiding all objects behind

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Circle (Radius = 0.5 m)
2. Add Anchor at Circle

Actual Results:  
Anchor is a big red square with side > 1m
Circle is hidden behind it.

Expected Results:  
Anchor is a little red circle.

Running KDE Frameworks Version 5.9.0.
Tried with OpenGL switched on and off (in Step settings)
